2. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us. To be valid, a counter-notice must include the following information:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

3. Procedure After Notice or Counter-Notice

If a valid counter-notice is received, we will restore the content in question within 10-14 business days, unless we receive notice from the copyright owner that they have filed a court action to prevent the restoration of the material.
4. Repeat Infringers
