2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us. To be valid, a counter-notice must include the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts of Seattle, Washington.

3. Procedure After Notice or Counter-Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content. If a valid counter-notice is received, we will restore the content in question within 10-14 business days, unless we receive notice from the copyright owner that they have filed a court action to prevent the restoration of the material.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
